Cybersecurity & IT

I learn how systems work, how they break, and how to keep them running. Projects and lab work, documented here as I go.

01About

Find what's broken.
Make it stronger.

I grew up on a computer. As a kid I was always on one, figuring out how it worked, fixing what broke, and becoming the one family and friends called when theirs acted up. That never really stopped. I spent the last ten years in operations as the person people called when something went wrong: a deadline about to be missed, a process falling apart, a team that needed training. I got good at staying calm, finding the cause, and fixing it. But the pull was always back toward technology, and toward keeping it safe. So I went all in on cybersecurity. Now I'm trained in networking, systems administration, web app security, and defensive tools, and I keep learning in my home lab, building and testing to see how things hold up.
